What we process and why. When you send an enquiry, we process your name, email address, project choice and message to respond, discuss possible work and maintain necessary business correspondence. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement and our legitimate interests in running the business, securing the form and preventing spam.
Service providers. Form submissions are processed by Formspree for delivery and spam protection. Hosting and security providers may process limited technical data needed to serve and protect the website. Spotify and YouTube content is not loaded until you choose to activate a player.
Retention and transfers. Formspree dashboard copies are reviewed and deleted within 90 days. Relevant correspondence may be retained longer where needed for an active project, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, FlyingFox relies on applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards.
Your rights. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Cookies and external media. FlyingFox does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics on this site. Essential hosting and security technologies may be used. Spotify and YouTube may set their own cookies or receive device information only after you press a media-loading button. You can continue using the rest of the site without loading them.
